the Resolved - That the minutes of the meetings held on 12 May 2010 be 17 Declaration of Interest None declared. The Town Mayor gave details of the events he had attended since the last meeting. as set out 23b Accounts for the Year ended 31 March 2010 Resolved - That the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 be agreed
and accepted subject to audit. Resolved - (a) That Section 1 of the annual return relating to the
Statement of (b) That Section 2 of the Annual Return relating to the annual governance
(c) That it be noted that Section 4 of the Annual Return has been
duly completed by (d) That it be noted that the required notice concerning the appointment
of date for (e) That it be noted that the Clerk would send the documentation required
by the 23d Childrens Millenium Clinic Resolved - That a grant of £150 be given towards the purchase
of a new 24 Schedule of correspondence, notices and publications 24a Congratulations Resolved - That the letter of congratulations received from P Fisher be noted. 24b Creation of Freemen and Freewomen Agreed - That these new powers be noted. 24c Georgian Fair Agreed - That the letter of thanks be noted. 24d CALC Circular Agreed - That the content of the circular be noted. 24e Redevelopment of St. Leonards Court and Manor Court Agreed - That the approval of planning consent following appeal be
noted. Resolved - (a) That the content of the report be noted. (b) That a fire risk assessment and a flood risk assessment be carried out on Victoria Hall. (c) That the completion of re-surfacing works at Tarn Close be noted. (d) That the invoice in respect of the London Community Gospel Choir
in the (e) That it be noted the wi-fi was now available in the tourist information centre. (f) That repairs to the boundary wall be authorised. (g) That the allotments and private gardens be judged as soon as practicable
and (h) That the £50 non-cash prize be converted into cash. (j) That the date of the next meeting be amended to 14 July 2010. (k) That the grant applications for the Memorial Gardens be developed further. (l) That advice be taken regarding the tree outside Day Services. (m) That planning permission be sought to half the size of the boundary wall. (n) That ISS Waterers be asked to provide costs to plant tulip and
daffodil bulbs 26 Briefing Note from the Cockermouth Town Centre Flood Recovery Dr Tickner was currently working on several work strands, these included:- " Shop Fronts Initiative Members were pleased to note that Stobbarts had been appointed to construct the footbridge. Works were expected to take four weeks. As at 8th June 2010 there were 137 businesses trading from their original location up by 4 since last month, 15 still relocated, down 3, work was in progress at 54, down 3 and 9 awaiting instruction. Agreed - That the contents of the briefing note be noted. 27. A Locality Plan for Cockermouth Social Regeneration Consultants (SRC) have been appointed by Allerdale
