Bridgebuilding

Age UK offer a service for people who have become isolated e.g. Following an illness or bereavement. Provides short term support to help people get out into the community and socialise again.

Age UK Day Centres are friendly, sociable centres with interesting activities and a choice of hot and cold food. Our dedicated minibuses collect you from your home at around 9.30am and deliver you back at about 3.30pm. Some charges apply
