The Centre is here to improve the wellbeing of older people in and around Cockermouth. It is a resource for the community, in particular to help you find the information, help and advice that you may need.
The centre provides information about a wide range of activities to support your wellbeing. The centre also visits people at home, holds information sessions and organises social and friendship groups in the area.

The Centre at the Cottage Hospital is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 1pm
We are also now at Victoria Hall on High Sand Lane, Cockermouth (Just off Main Street, between The New Bookshop & Wendy’s Hairdressers)

This website is intended to be a virtual centre which you can access at any time.
